The Guidelines for The Baby Bowl Experiment:

1. The meal has to fit in the bowl, up to the rim. I can, however, go beyond the rim with fruits and vegetables.
2. I can eat whatever I want.
3. I can have more than one bowl of food but I have to wait 20 minutes between each bowl.
4. I have to chew the food as close to a liquid state as possible.
5. Only water.

Day 33 - March 26 - Just Get Dressed

I've discovered that a big contrast to who I've been and who I'm becoming can, in part, be credited to one simple thing: Getting dressed in the morning. I don't mean that I'm otherwise Nature Girl but seriously, getting in the habit of starting out the day putting my gym clothes on! It was too easy to excuse myself from meaningful movement because I was still in my nightgown or wearing capris and flip flops. In business they always say, "Look the part of your next promotion". Well this works for your health too! The process of getting healthier starts with looking like someone who's ready to GET AT IT (I'm hearing Brittany in my head) and, baby, I'm going after it...

Meaningful Movement: 1 hour of Beginning Toning

Foods that Fit in a Baby Bowl, Day 33:
-Panera: 1 sesame seed bagel with butter and 1 bite of granola parfait with strawberries
NOTE: This was a bit bigger than a baby bowl but I was going to the gym right after. Plus, I don't regret having a breakfast alfresco with my baby girl. (We've been reading Fancy Nancy and she wanted to experience eating "alfresco".)
-11 almonds
-1 1/2 regular Arby's roast beef sandwich with a buttload of BBQ sauce and 1 mozzarella stick
NOTE: Again, a little bigger than a baby bowl. There's no excuse here. I just LOVE Arby's AND they were on sale AND I could seriously eat the BBQ sauce by itself. The sandwich is just an excuse. The silly thing was had I just waited for 20 minutes I would've figured out I was FULL after my first sandwich. I felt totally gross after the other bit of sandwich. My victory for this meal: I didn't get the usual mozzarella sticks, curly fries and jamocha shake I USUALLY eat with my meal, just a bottled water.
-Sam's Club sampling: 1/2 piece of bacon, Trai fish (DELICIOUS!! I think I'm going to get some on my next trip. I need more fish in my repertoire.) and a mini eclair.
-one mango
-Lenten fast: Dinner
