The Guidelines for The Baby Bowl Experiment:

1. The meal has to fit in the bowl, up to the rim. I can, however, go beyond the rim with fruits and vegetables.
2. I can eat whatever I want.
3. I can have more than one bowl of food but I have to wait 20 minutes between each bowl.
4. I have to chew the food as close to a liquid state as possible.
5. Only water.

(For additional information about these guidelines, see Days 2 and 27.)

  3. good girl...I know they are just "numbers" on the scale....but soiciety does a GREAT job at setting us females up to fail. You keep trying and I'm gonna do a little body cleansing myself. I have NEVER and will NEVER own a pair of skinny jeans. If God wanted me to have slim hips then he would NOT have gifted me with THREE beautiful 8+ and 9 pound babies!

  4. Amen, sister! I never felt kindness toward my body until I had a baby. I'm like, "Hey! Dig what my tummy and boobs can do!" *g*
